Personal Care Assistant

Our client is currently seeking a Personal Care Assistant in the Reading, Pa area to help out at a local school district! Schedule : Hours : Typical School hours.

start time between 8a-9a and end between 2 : 30p -3 : 30p. Expected weekly hours between 35 - 37.5

This job will have the following responsibilities :

• Assist student with meeting academic and / or behavioral goals.
• Assist student with any supports / modifications needed to access facilities and curriculum, including physical support and adapting teaching materials.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Must have at least 6 months of experience working with students.
• CPR / First Aide certified

Pre-Employment Paperwork Requirements :

• PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
• Sexual Misconduct / Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
• CPR / First Aid
