Responsibilities

• Provides chair-side clinical support to Doctors and Hygienists by charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-up
• Manages patient flow to ensure efficient appointments
• Welcomes patients and deliver positive patient experiences
• Captures X-Rays
• Presents simple treatment plans to patient
• Collects payments chairside
• Completes sterilization processes
• Operatory set-up and breakdown
• Maintains all disinfection and infection control protocol
• Monitors all laboratory cases and ensure they are ready for the next day's schedule
• Treatment planning and scheduling patients as needed
• Answering phones / calling to confirm when needed
