Job Overview

Director of FP&A

Director of FP&A role for curious, organized and financially and technologically skilled person. Experience working with a PE firm as well as a company that is planning on expanding and has multiple sites is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be able to utilize his / her tech skills and financial acumen to convert data into meaningful analysis to help Senior Management make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of FP&A experience, including management experience
  • Experience working with a company that has multiple sites
  • strong tech skills including Power BI, excellent Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze large data sets to assist management with understanding revenue and cost drivers as well as improve financial performance
  • excellent communication skills with ability to work with multiple levels within organization as well as present findings to upper management
  • in office at least three days a week
  • Finance or Accounting degree required. MBA or CPA preferred.
