Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a product strategy to drive revenue goals and align with company mission
Identify opportunities for market expansion while maintaining a strong presence in SMBs
Optimize growth through data-driven decision-making and collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B SaaS and product-led growth environments, ideally with companies scaling between $20M-$50M ARR
Strong product sense with the ability to guide teams in product execution
Experience balancing upmarket expansion with SMB self-serve growth in a SaaS context
Excellent situational leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and coach effectively
Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical aspects of product leadership
