• 2-3 years minimum experience Residential remodel experience is required
• Experience in multifamily / apartment remodels is preferred
• Experience in PEX and re-pipe is recommended
• Must have your own tools appropriate to position
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check upon hire
• Must have valid ID's for employment paperwork
• Must be available for work immediately
• Must be able to communicate with project manager
