Loan Officer Assistant

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support its Loan Officers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare loan packages by collecting necessary documentation from customers

Utilize Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) for customer pre-qualification

Review loan files for completeness and accuracy, ensuring timely follow-up on missing documents

Required Qualifications

1+ years of related professional experience, with at least 1 year in mortgage lending or sales

Experience in retail loan origination support

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proficiency in Encompass loan origination software

Solid knowledge of mortgage lending processes and various loan programs
