Role Description
Havencrest is seeking an exceptional professional to join the firm as a full time private equity Analyst ( near-term start date ), working with deal team members and portfolio company executives.
Part of a lean team of investment professionals, the Analyst will be an important member of the team and will be involved in all aspects of the investment process including :
- Conducting insightful research on healthcare companies, trends, and sub sectors.
- Financial modeling and analysis.
- Drafting critical presentation materials, such as sector research, investment committee summaries, memorandums and marketing materials.
- Conducting technical and business due diligence.
- Facilitating and synthesizing third-party due diligence.
- Ongoing strategic initiatives and support of portfolio companies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field from a top tier university.
- Strong GPA and test scores.
- Internship or post-graduate experience working in investment banking, management consulting or financial services.
- Excellent Excel modeling skills, analytical and financial acumen.
- Resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting financial analytics.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Candidate will be asked to take a cognitive test and modeling exercise.
- Position is in-office and based in Dallas, Texas.
