  • Sales Account B2B motivat
  • , con esperienza nella vendita da remoto di soluzioni digitali. L'azienda ha sviluppato una piattaforma cloud per il settore Ho.Re.Ca., dedicata alla gestione di ordini fornitori, HCCP e food & beverage cost. Grazie a un approccio mobile first e a un'infrastruttura AI integrata, il software il primo in Italia a unire in un'unica piattaforma processi oggi frammentati. Opera interamente full remote, con un ambiente digitale, flessibile e dinamico, rivolto a un target B2B di ristoratori e albergatori.

Cosa farai

  • Gestirai l'intero ciclo di vendita B2B da remoto : dalla qualifica dei lead (provenienti da campagne digitali) alla demo online e alla chiusura dei contratti.
  • Adatterai uno script commerciale strutturato, mantenendo un approccio consulenziale e personalizzato.
  • Conduci trattative con decision maker Ho.Re.Ca. (ristoratori, hotel, catene).
  • Utilizzerai CRM e VOIP aziendale per gestire pipeline e performance.
  • Contribuirai alla crescita della funzione commerciale, con prospettiva di diventare Sales Manager nel medio periodo.

    • Chi cerchiamo

  • 23 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali B2B, preferibilmente in SaaS, startup o servizi digitali.
  • Esperienza nella vendita da remoto con gestione autonoma di demo e trattative.
  • Comunicazione chiara, capacit di ascolto e orientamento al risultato.
  • Flessibilit, mindset imprenditoriale e attitudine start-up.
  • Buone capacit organizzative per lavorare in autonomia da remoto.

    • Cosa offriamo

  • Collaborazione iniziale in P.IVA, con futuro inserimento diretto (assunzione prevista da gennaio 2026).
  • Fisso garantito di 1.500 / mese + piano provvigionale ambizioso.
  • Lavoro full remote, con formazione iniziale di 1 settimana (tecnica e commerciale).
  • Percorso di crescita verso ruoli manageriali, in un progetto SaaS scalabile e in rapida espansione.
