Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries through various channels with professionalism and efficiency
Present and discuss products and services accurately to enhance customer relationships
Support customer retention through effective issue resolution and positive member experiences
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree or relevant certification is a plus
At least 1 year of customer service experience is required
Basic knowledge of company products and services for effective communication
Flexibility to work varied shifts in a call center environment
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
