Role Description : Our Dallas office is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong organizational and customer service skills, and a keen sense for detail. This position is a great opportunity for someone pursuing a career in Accounting. The successful candidate will have a professional demeanor, proficient Microsoft Office suite skills and a year or more of previous experience in an architectural, engineering and / or construction management environment. Duties :

• Daily Cash Receipt Posting and Reporting.
• Expense Report Review.
• GL Account Reconciliations.
• New Vendor Registrations.
• Maintain Company Vehicles Information and Reporting.
• File Maintenance.
• Research and respond to internal and external client inquiries.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
