A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support customer onboarding and maximize product value.
Key Responsibilities
Own the post-sales customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upsell
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and report on customer health metrics
Drive customer upsells by identifying and qualifying upgrade opportunities
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in the Cryptocurrency SaaS or Fintech space
Proven ability to manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and upsell
High emotional intelligence and motivation for learning and problem-solving
Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced startup environment
Proactive attitude with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities
