Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales. Willingness to travel extensively and independently within the assigned territory. Minimum 70% travel required Experience in sales roles, especially in the bicycle or e-Bike industry, is strongly preferred. Driving license and ability to conduct market visits independently. Passion for cycling, preferably with a background in mountain biking. Ability to quickly learn technical product details and provide product demonstrations. Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work under minimal supervision while achieving set goals. Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin is required due to the nature of the role involving frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office skills.
Bilingual Mandarin Sales Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market visits to identify and onboard potential retail partners suitable for our e-Bike products.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail stores, ensuring sales growth, inventory management, staff training, and effective product display.
- Collaborate with stores to monitor sales performance and provide ongoing support, including managing account receivables and addressing operational needs.
- Gather market insights and competitive data to optimize sales strategies and inform decision-making.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
