Our client, a global semiconductormanufacturer, is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to join their HVM nanometerfab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona.

The Yield Excellence Manager , will

• be responsible for the Transfer,Ramp, and Sustaining Operation of a 5nm Foundry Factory
• majnage 5 to 15 engineers in defect metrologymanufacturing sustaining, drive continuous process improvement, and develop,and enhance the skills of the local workforce.
• lead their team to
• own a process loop and you will haveresponsibilities for your loop meeting targets, daily monitoring andidentification, containment and fix of excursion material, and process tools inmeeting Yield, Performance, Reliability, and Cost / Productivity Goals.
• partner with Integration, Process, Equipment,and Manufacturing Engineering in identifying and driving process improvementsto meet Performance, Reliability, Defect, Cost, and Productivitygoals.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be legallyeligible to work in the United States

• Degree in a technical field
• Years of experience in advanced semiconductor manufacturingor RD in the Yield / Defect Metrology area.
• Expert understanding of CMOS FinFET process flow.
• Understand and have expert experience in the concepts of defectmonitoring, defect reduction, as well as theory and operation of Bright, DarkField Optical, and E-beam detection tools.
• 3+ years of experiencein managing a team, hiring new employees, developing, and mentoring.
• Ability to travel to Taiwan for a9-month period for training (major expenses paid).
