Project Manager

This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to lead impactful civil construction projects across public and private sectors. You'll work closely with ownership and sr. leadership to influence company strategy, mentor emerging leaders, and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in earthwork and underground utilities, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to quality and collaboration.

Responsibilities :

• Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Collaborate with estimators and participate in bid reviews
• Lead internal preconstruction meetings and resource planning
• Develop and manage project schedules and scope
• Oversee change management, cost tracking, and budget reviews
• Manage project billings and monthly WIPs
• Assign tasks and ensure documentation compliance
• Conduct project closeouts and post-job reviews
• Advise ownership and sr. leadership on project strategy

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 / yr. Competitive internal benefits.
