Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in a SaaS environment
Experience managing enterprise portfolios and leading strategic account planning
Strong understanding of DOT compliance across multiple modalities
Adept at building trust with senior stakeholders across various departments
Data-driven and collaborative, with a focus on translating customer objectives into business outcomes
