A company is looking for a Product Analytics Manager to lead its product analytics function and drive data-informed decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of product analysts through mentorship and performance management
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define analytics requirements and oversee the Standard Product Feature Workflow
Create executive-level dashboards and manage resource allocation across various teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of product analytics experience with at least 2 years in a management role
Advanced SQL proficiency and expert-level knowledge of Amplitude
Deep understanding of A / B testing methodology and experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
Proven ability to influence product strategy through data-driven insights
