Location : Remote (Preference for candidates in areas with significant residential construction)

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Warranty Specialist to manage and optimize our warranty service processes.

Job Description : We are looking for a detail-oriented and technologically savvy Warranty Specialist to oversee all aspects of warranty call intake and resolution.

This role involves effective communication with clients, detailed assessment of warranty issues, coordination with construction teams, and meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary contact for all warranty-related customer inquiries.
  • Evaluate and process warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all warranty cases using Microsoft Office Suite, CompanyCam, and Monday.com.
  • Analyze warranty claims to identify trends and underlying product issues.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to enhance product quality based on warranty insights.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, managing expectations and resolving conflicts efficiently.

Qualifications :

  • Solid experience in residential construction with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and standards.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of resolving customer issues.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CompanyCam, and Monday.com. Familiarity with additional construction management software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of legal compliance and industry standards related to construction and warranties.
  • Preferred certifications : Certified Construction Manager (CCM), customer service, or quality management certifications.
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.

Education :

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or a related field, with direct exposure to customer service or warranty handling.
