Responsibilities :
- Develop Digital Recruitment Strategies for clinical trial recruitment in collaboration with Global Product Teams and study leaders.
- Test and optimize engagement channels to accelerate clinical trial recruitment processes.
- Implement digital recruitment strategies at both condition and study levels, aligning with the TA Digital Recruitment Strategy.
- Oversee continuous optimization of engagement strategies for enterprise clinical trial recruitment services.
- Manage risk, opportunities, and issues effectively across strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Deliver governance-approved business cases within tolerance and cultivate key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, marketing, or technology-based subject area.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of drug development processes and the impact of technology on these processes.
- Experience in Digital Health with a solid understanding of healthcare.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and hold self and others accountable.
- Experience leading implementation and strategy development teams in a global environment.
- Experience in implementing or overseeing digital marketing campaigns is beneficial but not essential.
