Role :

Pueo has an opportunity for a TS / SCI with a CI Poly, cleared HR Technician to join our team at Joint Base Anacostia-Boiling, Washington, D.

C. The HR Technician will support the OHR Talent Management Team.

Responsibilities :

  • Support of communications and change management activities to include development and dissemination of communications products and resources,
  • Support of logistics to include scheduling of talent management panels, coordination with key stakeholders, and providing updates to client leadership,
  • Support of training and resource development and facilitation for the internal team, program stakeholders, and client leadership,
  • Support of annual talent management program evaluations to include survey question development, stakeholder engagement, leadership interviews, consolidation and analysis of feedback, and development of final reports and recommendations.

Required Qualifications :

  • An active TS / SCI with CI Poly clearance,
  • 3-5 years of Human Capital experience,
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent,
  • On-site support required at Joint Base Anacostia-Boiling, Washington, D.C.,
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships with professionalism,
  • Ability to execute tasks with minimal guidance and supervision.

Preferred Skills / Experience :

Experience developing and delivering support for Talent Management (Promotions, Performance Management, or Career Development) are helpful for this position.
