What You'll Do as a Scheduling Coordinator :

Appointment Scheduling : Efficiently manage and optimize the scheduling of installation and service appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Customer Communication : Act as a liaison between our technicians and customers, providing timely updates and adjustments to schedules as necessary.

Resource Allocation : Coordinate the allocation of technicians and resources to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals.

Data Management : Maintain accurate scheduling records and provide reports on productivity and scheduling trends to support decision-making.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to address any scheduling conflicts or concerns promptly.

Our Ideal Candidate :

  • Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or a similar coordination role, preferably in the tech or home services industry
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple schedules simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills for effectively dealing with customers and team members
  • Ability to problem-solve scheduling conflicts and propose effective solutions
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and tools
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • High school diploma required; further education is a plus
