We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work alongside multiple firm Partners, support Associates, and become an important part of a fast-growing team.

This individual will perform a variety of tasks, keep client transactions on track, and will directly support team leadership.

Activities include opening new accounts / prepping analysis for client meetings / managing client interaction. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the investment group.

This position is located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania and is required to be onsite with hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as the point of contact for advisors / clients
  • Manage applications / workflow with all new and existing clients - prioritizing and communicating client requests
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work effectively in a team environment

About You

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. Required knowledge, skills, abilities include :

  • 1+ year(s) of industry experience in Financial Services - particularly LPL Financial Platforms and Tools
  • 1+ year(s) of Administrative / Operations experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency with (or ability to quickly learn) Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce
  • Discretion and Confidentiality

Company Offers

  • Salary Range based on experience : $50,000 $70,000 annually
  • Location : Combination of in-person and virtual work
