Stream Restoration Engineer / Designer (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

• Lead complex stream restoration and ecological design projects, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Provide final technical review, advisement, and approval of project documents, designs, and remedial applications.
• Participate in regulatory and contract negotiations, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards.
• Serve as a technical mentor and resource for junior engineering staff, providing guidance and training.
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across projects.
• Develop client relationships through participation in proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
• May act as a technical expert witness in regulatory or compliance matters.
