Fund Formation / Investment Management Associate
Our client is a major international firm, seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience for its Fund Formation & Investment Management Practice Group in Boston, New York or Chicago.
The salary for this position is between $240,000 - $350,000 and may vary depending on a range of factors.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of fund formation and investment management experience, including fund and management structuring, side letter negotiations, secondary sales, and Investment Advisers Act registration and compliance experience.
- Sophisticated document drafting skill and the ability to manage complex projects and transactions.
- Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- Ability to work well with a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
