Service Advisor
Oxnard Toyota is seeking a friendly, experienced, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values team collaboration, and is committed to providing top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Greet service customers in a prompt and professional manner
- Write up repair orders accurately and clearly
- Communicate customer concerns to technicians
- Recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines
- Provide accurate estimates and keep customers updated on service progress
- Conduct active delivery when vehicles are ready, explaining services performed
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Qualifications :
2+ years' experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyKnowledge of vehicle systems and terminologyExperience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS (preferred)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordBilingual (English / Spanish) is a plusWe offer the best-in-class industry benefits :
