Position Summary
Primary duties include, but are not limited to :
- Tend to front desk operations
- Assist visitors
- Answer multi-line phones
- Distribute mail
- Assist department administrators and advisors with general office tasks
- Make copies
- Prepare and maintain files
- Run daily errands to a variety of office locations on main campus
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
- Distinguished customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Work study qualified individuals who can work in two- to four-hour blocks of time.
