Position Summary

Primary duties include, but are not limited to :

  • Tend to front desk operations
  • Assist visitors
  • Answer multi-line phones
  • Distribute mail
  • Assist department administrators and advisors with general office tasks
  • Make copies
  • Prepare and maintain files
  • Run daily errands to a variety of office locations on main campus
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications

  • Distinguished customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Time management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Work study qualified individuals who can work in two- to four-hour blocks of time.
