We seek a talented Financial Reporting & Budget Analyst to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly financial statements (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet) with a keen eye for detail.
- Analyze variances between actual expenses and budget, identifying trends and potential cost savings.
- Develop and maintain the annual expense and cash flow budgets, collaborating with department heads for accurate forecasting.
- Partner with the Controller and Accounting team to review and approve transactions, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Manage all Trust / Escrow activity for the Pennsylvania offices, upholding the highest standards of financial stewardship.
- Generate ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the Accounting department.
You'll be successful if you have :
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's / CPA is a plus)
- 5-10 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
