• Minimum 2 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to identify and resolve technical or client service issues
• Exhibit strong project management skills
• Mentor, train and manage staff
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
