Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Territory Manager to join our team as we expand our presence in the diagnostic laboratory sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned territory.

This role requires a keen understanding of the diagnostic laboratory industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Responsibilities :

  • Market Analysis :
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze the diagnostic laboratory market to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Sales Strategy :
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts, developing a customized approach for each.
  • Customer Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in diagnostic laboratories, including laboratory directors, managers, and purchasing agents.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Product Knowledge :
  • Stay informed about our diagnostic laboratory products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
  • Sales Presentations :
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the benefits of our products and services.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Quota Achievement :
  • Work towards and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Collaboration :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide valuable input to enhance products and services based on customer feedback.
  • Travel :
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and build a strong regional presence.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the diagnostic laboratory or healthcare / medical field. Open to Training the right Sales Candidate.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic laboratory processes and technologies a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Salary : Base $60k

Base $60k

OTE (on-target earnings) $100k
