Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant plays a key role in managing the company’s day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting compliance with state and federal regulations. Core Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities.
• Assist with preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Support the company’s external CPA with tax filings and annual audit requirements.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
