Key Responsibilities
Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business functions
Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
Mentor and support junior team members while iterating on recruiting practices for efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in searches
Prior experience in fast-growth startups, particularly in product management, design, or business operations
Proven success in high velocity, output-driven environments
Bachelor's Degree
