Descripción del trabajoVisitar builders, contractors y distribuidores en la región. Presentar productos, resolver dudas y realizar demos cuando se requiera. Desarrollar nuevas cuentas y dar seguimiento a clientes existentes. Administrar cartera y reportes de ventas con disciplina. Viajar dentro del Valle (carro propio indispensable). Fully bilingual – English & Spanish. Experience in sales; construction or building materials is a plus. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Self-starter, organized, and goal-driven. Availability to travel across the territory. Base salary + commissions. Performance bonuses. Training and full support from TopK’s commercial team. We are expanding our presence in South Texas and looking for a bilingual sales professional to help grow our distributor and contractor network. We manufacture high-performance building materials designed for durability, efficiency, and top-quality finishes.
Main products :
- Basecoat – high-adhesion leveling mortar
- Stucco – smooth and textured decorative finish
- H2OFF – premium water-repellent concrete sealer
