Position : Commercial Superintendent
Superintendent- Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $15M or more.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including OSHA 30 requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams.
Superintendent- Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing projects valued at $15M or more.
- OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
