Assistant Vice President of Business Development Opportunity!!! - Houston, TX

Our Client is a Specialized Insurance Broker focused on designing complex insurance products that require deep expertise and realize value upon inception.

The Firm provides services across various fields, including M&A, tax, credit, banking, energy, and litigation.

The Firm is seeking a Assistant Vice President of Business Development with a background in B2B Corporate Sales and Lead Generation who can deliver multiple quality meetings weekly.

This is a Hybrid position working with a tight-knit team of individuals in their downtown Houston office, 3-4 days a week onsite.

Highlights :

• Base Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
• Bonuses : Performance / Firm Based - Typically between 20-50% of Base with No Cap!!!
• Equity : Awarded after 12 Months of strong performance. (Firm is 100% Employee Owned)

• Schedule : Hybrid, 3-4 days in office in Downtown Houston, TX

All In : $200,000+ for top performers

Qualifications :

• 2-5 Years Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience sales in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Relationship Management experience, preferably in Private Equity or M&A focused markets
• Experience with B2B Corporate Sales, Lead Generation and Business Development
• Heavy Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Relationship Management (Cold Calling, Email, Meeting Follow-ups)
• Hungry, Driven, Polished, and Presentable are critical traits.
• Ties to the Houston Markets are a plus.
