Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing branch during a period of growth and transition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central point of contact for both internal teams and external visitors. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations, supporting various departments, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities :
- Organize, file, and maintain paperwork related to manufacturing jobs and operations.
- Input job and inventory data accurately into Excel and other tracking systems.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and general office tasks.
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Coordinate pick-up and drop-off logistics with drivers and internal teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Communicate effectively with service, parts, and technician teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and help facilitate internal communications.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, trainings, and other team activities.
- Maintain accurate records of job progress, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Generate reports and summaries as requested by management.
Essential Skills :
Previous experience in an administrative, office manager, or clerical role (manufacturing environment preferred).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.High school diploma or equivalent required.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Go-getter mindset - ready to work hard!Previous experience in an administrative, clerical role (manufacturing, industrial, service, dealership environment preferred).Additional education or certifications a plus.Work Environment :
The position requires 100% in-office presence during standard business hours from Monday to Friday in Lebanon, TN.Job Type & Location :

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
