Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, First Shift 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm
Pay Rate : $16.00 / hr
Location : Centerville Ohio 45459
Experience : 6+ months of Customer Service Rep experience
We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are currently in need of an experienced Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Associate for a bona fide top employer in this market.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties include :
- Answer inbound calls from customers
- Provide product information on customer orders
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Provide follow-up calls to customers
- Research information using multiple resources
- Route call to the appropriate resource
Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills include :
- Strong computer skills including data entry / typing
- Multitasking skills are strongly needed
- Professional phone etiquette
Customer Service Representative Requirements may include :
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
