• Company fee - 9%

• dry van - $300 weekly
• Occupational insurance $45 (weekly, optional)
• Physical damage insurance 6% of the truck's value (monthly, optional)
• Pre-pass $30 (monthly)
• Best pass (48 states) $20 (monthly)
