Exabeam is looking for a strong Sr. Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Finance (dotted line to VP) and work directly with the Chief Customer Success Officer to monitor, forecast, and report renewal performance across the organization. This role will own the end-to-end process of renewal performance tracking. You will also work as a key strategic partner to the Customer Success and Services organizations ensuring financial alignment with the overall organizational goals. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of subscription economics, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

Renewal Rate Analysis / Ownership

  • Monitor and analyze customer renewal rates across products, regions, and segments.
  • Develop and maintain renewal rate models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to monitor underlying renewal data for accuracy and long-term data cleanliness.

Reporting & Business Partnership

  • Use your renewal rate analysis to populate renewal performance reports for internal management and the Board of Directors
  • Answer ad-hoc questions from leadership on current renewal rate trajectory.
  • Partner with FP&A and business teams to incorporate renewal assumptions into financial forecasts.
  • Support annual planning and monthly forecasting processes for the Customer Success and Services organizations
  • Overall FP&A Duties

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages
  • Participate and / or lead monthly BvA process, including communicating with budget owners, analyzing OPEX trends, and updating projections
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Ensure data is accurate and consistently maintained in planning tool
  • Analyze key business trends and report findings to management
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting / forecasting tools
  • Participate and / or lead system improvement projects
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in FP&A, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, preferably with contract / subscription modules.
  • Experience with a major, widely used financial planning tool (ex. Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Planful or Prophix)
  • Very strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work closely with budget owners and management team
  • Strong understanding of accounting, software experience a plus
  • Insightful, with a keen ability to synthesize raw data into actionable findings
  • Strong interest in finance and a desire to further your financial career
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Self-directed, with the ability to operate under limited supervision

  • Salary :

    The annual starting salary for this position is between $105,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
