Descripción del trabajoStay up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Share service, fashion, and store-operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback to learn, develop, and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions, trainings, and relevant development opportunities for the role Manage garment cycles from unpacking and refilling to steaming and garment care Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices and processes Contribute to a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house (stockrooms) Maintain attractive merchandise displays and follow visual & commercial guidelines Ensure stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Follow in-store omni-service and tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Assist with opening and closing of the store Adhere to health & safety guidelines and legal requirements Passionate about fashion and the in-store experience Motivated by delivering a great customer experience Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment Previous sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment is desirable Experience in customer service in fashion, retail, or related industries Diversity and inclusion are valued; inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplaces Access to colleagues resources groups and a supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth within a global company Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, retirement plan, paid leave, and paid time off Employee discount across H&M Group brands Job Status : Hourly, Non-Exempt EEOC Code : SLS Compensation : Sales Associates Pay Rate $13.50 per hour This posting highlights core responsibilities and requirements; there may be additional duties at the companys discretion Accommodations for applicants with disabilities are provided on request; for assistance, contact recruitment_support@hm.com
Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store to actively sell products, and offer support and guidance. You fashion and product knowledge to inform customers for the best experience. You will also be involved in garment refill & care, presentation, and keep the sales floor and back of house clean, working with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service : welcome and guide customers through the store, supporting them with direct service and the omni-channel experience where available
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and promote products
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products across all store areas
- Effectively promote and sell products; actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Represent the H0M brand positively in all customer interactions
- Support commercial or operational actions to help reach sales targets with store management
