Licensed by Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mental health residential treatment center for children and youth, Hermitage Hall has provided services to families for over 30 years.

Website : We are currently looking for a Risk Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role requires a full background check including fingerprint, drug screen, and employment verification.

POSITION SUMMARY : Risk Manager supervises risk management / compliance processes in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, licensing requirements, CARF standards, and agency stipulations.

He / she is responsible for the Risk Management (T.E.R.M.) program. He / she coordinates loss control efforts, advises management regarding potential sources of loss, and makes recommendations to minimize or eliminate exposure and improve / enhance the adequacy and quality of professional services.

He / she coordinates the presentation of risk prevention information. He / she is responsible for assisting departments in the development of their risk prevention activities.

He / she coordinates relevant surveys and licensure audits. Qualifications Education and Experience : Master’s degree in nursing, social work, social or behavioral science, or other acceptable field preferred Two or more years of related experience and / or training preferred Experience in a residential setting preferred .

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Licensure as a Nurse, Social Worker, or Professional Counselor preferred Must be at least 21 years of age.
