A company is looking for a Manager, Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize key marketing technology platforms, ensuring integration and alignment with marketing and sales strategies
Execute and optimize marketing campaigns and automated workflows to drive engagement and lead conversions
Implement lead scoring, audience segmentation, and data governance practices to enhance targeting and compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS or Health Tech environments
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot
Ability to bridge strategy and execution while maintaining data governance across the marketing technology stack
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and drive improvements
Technical and strategic communication skills to articulate the value of marketing operations initiatives
