Key Responsibilities :
Administer and manage marketing systems, particularly HubSpot, including campaign setup and reporting
Optimize the marketing technology stack and enhance capabilities using basic HTML and JavaScript
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless marketing-to-sales processes
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in marketing operations or related technical roles
Proven expertise as a HubSpot administrator with comprehensive knowledge of its functionalities
Hands-on experience with ad platforms, Google Analytics 4, and SEO / SEM tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field
Relevant certifications such as HubSpot and Google Analytics are a plus
