Production Designer

A company is looking for a Production Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Design digital ads, social content, landing pages, and other performance assets

Translate concepts into visually compelling and strategically sound executions

Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to test and refine creative based on performance insights

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing or performance campaigns

Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and technical design skills

Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience refining creative based on data and digital performance insights

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a startup environment
