Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
• Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options to meet their individual needs
• Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate adjustments or additions to coverage
• Process policy changes, claims, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency

Requirement

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong sales skills and a proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Licensed or willing to become licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (Owner will pay for the first test).
• Open to licensed and non-licensed individuals; mutual understanding that the applicant will get licensed if not already.
• Willingness to undergo a final round of interviews, including a personality assessment.
