Overview
NaphCare is hiring experienced Certified nursing Assistants just like you in Tucson, AZ. This position is with the Arizona Department of Corrections - Tucson.
Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available! Pay rates range from $17.00-$25.00 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience.
PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in state of employment
- Valid CPR Card
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably correctional healthcare
Performance Expectations
- Assist with direct patient care procedures
- Obtain patient history
- Take Vital Signs
- Prepare Charts
- Assist with medical examinations
- Perform routine procedures under stablished protocols (to include but not limited to phlebotomy, EKG's, dressing changes and wound cultures)
