Commercial Property Manager

As Property Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for boutique offices in DC. You'll ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Class A office properties
- Manage vendor contracts and building maintenance
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards
- Build strong relationships with ownership and tenants

You're a polished, proactive professional with strong communication skills and a track record of managing Class A commercial office properties. You thrive in high-expectation environments and build trust with ownership teams. Must-Haves :
Bachelor's degree5-7 years in commercial property management (minimum 3 years required)Experience with commercial office properties (multifamily only considered if combined with commercial)RPA, CPM, LEED AP or LEED Green Associate preferredNice-to-Haves :
