Essential Job Duties
- Ensure accuracy by collecting and validating patient information to support compliant claims and timely payments.
- Coordinate care by processing referrals, gathering intake documents, and scheduling appointments for our providers.
- Verify insurance to confirm active coverage and avoid service disruptions.
- Support clients and clinicians by resolving scheduling issues and acting as a key liaison.
- Problem-solve and escalate unique challenges, serving as a trusted resource for your team.
Minimum Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.Experience : Three (3) years’ experience in scheduling, preferably in a multi-provider practice / hospital / mental health office.Location : 100% Remote.Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Strong verbal and written communication.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.Proficiency with office equipment and software tools.Effective time management and multitasking.Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.Calm, courteous demeanor under pressure.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (5% pay incentive).Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer used.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.Background Check Requirement
