Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a qualified electrical engineering candidate to join the growing Midwest region's electrical discipline group.
- Candidate will serve as a lead electrical engineer and provide electrical engineering / design on projects for water and wastewater facilities.
- Qualified candidate should have knowledge in industrial power design, including medium and low voltage electrical power distribution, motor control, VFDs, lighting systems, equipment layout and related activities.
Including a working knowledge of the NEC and related Codes.
- Candidate must have good communication skills, including interaction with clients and contractors.
- AutoCAD experience is a must, Revit BIM software and SKM power systems software is desirable.
- Experience with instrumentation and control systems is a plus (but not required).
- 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering and design and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering is required.
- An active Professional Engineering License or the ability to obtain within six months.
