Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to current or prior customers using a provided contact list

Follow a script to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits

Answer questions from current or prior customers about the product or service

Generate sales leads for the sales team

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Achieve daily targets

Requirement

Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
