We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to help us deliver world-class service to our retail and wholesale partners. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations - managing orders, ensuring data accuracy, and building strong relationships that keep our customers delighted and our business running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Manage all aspects of customer order fulfillment for assigned accounts - from order entry to delivery - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with Demand Planners, Supply Planners, and Sales teams to resolve product availability or timing issues. Maintain data integrity in our systems by reviewing and updating customer and product information. Review customer routing guides to align shipping requirements and minimize fines and shortages. Create and publish weekly sales order reports for Sales and Customer partners. Monitor key customer metrics - including service levels, fines, shortages, and zero-touch orders - and identify opportunities for improvement. Build strong cross-functional partnerships to drive success and continuous improvement. Adapt and stay flexible in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities with accuracy and care.
What You Bring
Education : Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience : 1-3 years in Customer Service or office-based support roles preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. A team-oriented mindset and genuine passion for helping customers succeed. Previous experience supporting Sales or cross-functional teams preferred.
