We're on the lookout for an experienced Lead Project Manager to spearhead our projects. If you're a decisive leader with a knack for managing complex initiatives from start to finish, this role is for you.

Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership : Take charge of complex, impactful projects.
• End-to-End Management : Guide projects from beginning to end, making key decisions along the way.
• Change Management : Drive strategies for managing change and ensure everyone is on board.
• Team Management : Lead and support your project team.
• Documentation and Processes : Create and implement project processes and metrics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and partners to nail down project requirements.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project methodologies and change management.
• Treasury management knowledge is a bonus.
• Familiarity with tools like Clarity, JIRA, and comfort with Agile / Product-based management.

Skills :

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools.
